This radial flow impeller is effective for high speed, low viscosity mixing. The 2 ⅜ inch (60 mm) diameter straight blade is pinned to an 5/16 inch (8 mm) diameter shaft, allowing blade to pivot with agitation. Blade and shaft are electropolished 316L stainless steel. A moderate shear impeller with moderate vortexing properties, creating a vortex in 19 L (5 gal) of water at 800 rpm.
